PIOTR PORZYCKI

Piotr graduated from the University of Szczecin, Faculty of Law and Administration. He defended his masters thesis on tax and corporate aspects of Management Buy - Outs. Author of numerous publications about tax law as well as lecturer of symposiums concerning this branch of law. 

He also gained his experience in Tax Structuring section of Tax Department of KPMG in Poland. 

Piotr specializes in tax law, especially in the matter of tax structuring, Management Buy - Outs and issues of value added tax. He has formulated and implemented schemes of tax structuring processes in capital groups as well as tax planning of mergers and acquisitions, real estates deals as well as transactions related to restructuring of debts and transformations of the companies, operating in such sectors as: banking and finance, shipping, forwarding and logistics, energy and real estates. His experience includes providing ongoing legal assistance in the scope of the tax law and corporate law for the companies, comprising domestic and foreign capital groups. 

Furthermore, Piotr Porzycki's experience includes providing legal services related to the ship finance.

Piotr is a laureate of the IX Edition of Experience PWC in the "Tax" category as well as VII Edition of KMPG Tax'n'You - the prestigious competitions organised by PwC and KPMG - the largest international tax consulting firms.
